Job Description

AI Video Designer Internship (1 person)

AI-Powered Short-Form Production: Utilize advanced generative AI video and editing tools to produce high-impact, scalable short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) that captures global social media trends.

Global Brand Storytelling & Localization: Translate the sophisticated aesthetics of curated Korean fashion brands and Clossie into compelling visual narratives that resonate with Western and global consumers.

Social Media Optimization & Engagement: Execute platform-specific video strategies to maximize viewer retention, drive viral engagement on global SNS channels, and amplify brand awareness in international markets.

Required Skills

Design Skills

Design Tools: Proficiency in generative AI video and image platforms (e.g., Runway, Midjourney, Pika) and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut) is mandatory for rapid, high-quality short-form production.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of prompt engineering to maintain visual consistency across AI-generated assets, along with technical mastery of platform-specific video optimization (9:16 vertical formats, encoding, and audio syncing).

Competencies: Deep insight into global short-form trends (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and viral hook structures; ability to translate high-sensitivity Korean fashion aesthetics into engaging visual narratives tailored for Western consumers.

Education

Required Major: Bachelor’s degree (or expected graduation) in Branding, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Video/Film Production, Visual Communication Design, Creative Technology, or related media and design fields. Core Academic

Background: Strong understanding of digital video production, SNS viral trend, narrative structures for short-form media, visual storytelling, and familiarity with emerging AI-driven creative workflows.

Work Experience

AI Video Designer Internship (1 person) Project Experience: Experience in conceptualizing, editing, and executing short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) from trend research to post-production.

Portfolio Requirement: A portfolio showcasing creative video editing, dynamic motion/visual storytelling, and the innovative application of AI tools or visual effects optimized for fashion or lifestyle content.

Preferred Experience: Experience in operating or growing global social media channels, a strong understanding of viral hook structures, or familiarity with Western digital media trends and fashion culture.

Language Proficiency

1. Korean (Native or Fluent)
Requirement: Must be a native speaker or possess professional-level fluency in Korean.
Reason: Essential for seamless communication with partner Korean fashion brands, internal coordination with the Seoul office, and understanding the brand's original identity and storytelling.

2. English (Professional Working Proficiency)
Requirement: Ability to communicate effectively in a professional English-speaking environment (Intermediate to Advanced).
Reason: Required for conducting local market research in London, communicating with local customers during pop-up events, and collaborating with UK-based partners or logistics providers.
