About us

Cacao Design is a multidisciplinary agency with a strong expertise in naming, logos, visual identity, catalogues, brochures, packaging, booths, events and BtL (Below the Line) materials, as well as videos, digital and web design, covering all brand needs.
Born in 2004 in Milano, it has since then been managed by a unique Creative Director consisting of the three founders, Alessandro Floridia, Masa Magnoni e Mauro Pastore, friends, colleagues and partners for almost 30 years.
Synergy and complementarity are the real strengths of the team, which is internally composed by 10 designers and a solid network of trusted collaborators such as copywriters, motion graphic designers, movie directors, video editors, photographers, illustrators, UX designers, software developers, printers and many others.

Job Description

Collaborate on the development of projects/products under supervision and work alongside the team. The goal is to gain operational independence and develop new skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities will include conducting research and developing project concepts; independently developing or collaborating on the development of preliminary projects and draft projects; performing technical tasks for the development and finalization of the project; carrying out detailed work and specific activities complementary to the project; participating in meetings (briefings, internal reviews, and potential client presentations) and preparing presentation materials.

It is important that you know how to use Adobe software such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, as well as programs for animation and video editing

Education

theoretical foundation necessary to learn quickly and contribute to activities

Work Experience

Not required but highly recommended: enthusiasm and a desire to learn

English. But if you also know Italian, even better
