Job Description

We’re looking for passionate and talented Industrial and UI/UX Designer to join our fast-growing Milan team. You’ll work on groundbreaking projects across consumer electronics, smart appliances, and lifestyle products, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team from concept to execution.

This role is ideal for a curious and proactive designer eager to grow by tackling complex challenges and working closely with internal and external partners, including engineers, manufacturers, and global brands.

Required Skills

Design Skills

- Good sense of design;
- Excellent software skills;
- Strong grasp of design tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, rendering software (KeyShot, V-Ray, Blender, C4D, etc.);
- Good command of English (spoken and written);
- A positive, proactive attitude with strong problem-solving and innovation skills.
- Eagerness to grow across different disciplines (interaction, visual design, UX/UI).

Education

- Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or Engineering.
- Degree in Interaction design, Communication Design, UI/UX Background.

Work Experience

Language Proficiency

- English is mandatory;
- Chinese or Italian would be a plus.
