- Job Description
- We are seeking a talented and creative Designer to join our team。 The Designer will be responsible for designing and creating visually appealing and user-friendly graphic. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of modern design principles, good graphic design skills.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand project objectives.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to present design ideas.
Stay updated on emerging design trends and technologies.
Required Skills
- Design Skills
- 1. Web Design: Web designers need the ability to visually and user-friendly design websites. They should understand and utilize design principles and techniques suitable for websites, such as website layout, color selection, and image processing.
2. Graphic Design: Web designers should be able to design and edit images, icons, banners, etc., using graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator). Graphic design skills enhance the visual quality and professionalism of a website.
3. HTML/CSS: Web designers need to understand and use HTML (HyperText Markup Language) and CSS (Cascading Style Sheets). This allows them to implement design elements on web pages and apply styles.
4. Responsive Web Design: Web designers should understand and apply responsive web design principles to ensure that websites are appropriately displayed on mobile devices. Adapting to various screen sizes and devices is crucial for improving user experience.
5. User Experience (UX) Design: Web designers need to consider the usability and satisfaction of users throughout their interaction with a website. They should understand and apply user experience design principles when designing website structures, navigation, and interactive elements.
6. Website Performance Optimization: Web designers need to understand methods for optimizing website performance. They can utilize techniques such as image optimization, caching, and compression to improve website loading speed.
7. Communication and Collaboration: Web designers should be able to collaborate and communicate effectively with project teams. They should understand project requirements, communicate their design ideas clearly, and be receptive to feedback.
