UX/UI Designer, Graphic Designer, Branding & Identity Designer, Visual Designer

Job Description

- Web and Mobile Application Design for the Development of a New Messenger Platform.
- Enhancement of Design Based on Existing UX/UI Concept.
- Design compelling visuals for digital and print media, including social media, advertisements, and marketing materials.
- Develop and refine brand identities, including logos, color schemes, and typography.
- Develop visually engaging designs for web, mobile, and marketing assets.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to refine UI/UX design and improve user engagement.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with product goals.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to ensure seamless design implementation.
- Utilize industry-leading tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software for design production.
- Maintain brand consistency and ensure visual alignment across all platforms.

Required Skills

Design Skills

- When it comes to design, we respect relevant project experience or history.
- We prefer people who have done hands-on design, and we respect people with strong design skills.
- However, even if you don't have the experience and capabilities, we are always looking for talented people to work with us to build design capabilities and drive new and emerging businesses in Vietnam.

Education

- Graduates of design-related majors from universities are preferred.
- Practical majors such as UX/UI or visual design are preferred.
- However, even if you don't have such a major, your willingness to showcase your skills in an emerging market like vietnam is enough.
- If you don't have the right major, we'll still consider you as long as you're willing to take on the challenge of a new field.

Work Experience

Experience designing UX/UI or creating visual design work is a plus.
- However, if you don't have any real work experience, we'll still consider you as long as you're willing to grow as an early junior and have the drive to challenge yourself in international markets.

Language Proficiency

- If you speak English/Vietnamese/etc, that's great.
- However, if you're not fluent in English or Vietnamese, we'll still consider you as long as you're passionate and motivated.
- We make sure that people who are not fluent in foreign languages are able to fit in.
