Design Intern

Job Description

Collaborate with other designers on everyday tasks and delivery of client work, a great opportunity to expand your knowledge.

Create visual design, animation, and prototypes that effectively communicate product function and brand.

Clear communication, able to present design principles and rationale, as well as design specifications to project teams.

Produce design style guide and UI component library.

Work in close partnership with internal or external engineers to ensure implementation to actual design specifications.

Stay up-to-date with design-related best practices, trends, processes, technologies and tools.

Supporting company marketing initiatives such as social media, content creation and attending or sharing at industry conferences.

Strong illustration skills will be preferred for this role.

Required Skills

Design Skills

Good understanding of UX and design thinking principles.

Digital portfolio demonstrating experience on information architecture, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes and user interfaces.

Strong synthesis and analysis skills with the ability to translate research and data into meaningful and creative insight.

Experience of working across a range of mobile, tablet platforms and good knowledge of the digital landscape.

Excellent time management and teamwork.


Proficiency of design software including Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma, InVision, Principle; Skills with Framer, Adobe After Effects or Lottie is a plus.
